To provide timely, accurate, and lawful service of civil process in Suffolk County, with courtesy and transparency.

What We Do

  • Serve summonses, subpoenas, executions, and other civil papers
  • Provide returns of service for the courts and parties
  • Offer guidance on preparing documents for service

Our Services

Document Service:

  • Personal, substitute, and leave-and-mail service per Massachusetts rules.

Enforcement Services:

  • Executions, levies, and post-judgment actions where applicable.

Special/Out-of-County

  • We coordinate special handling and forwarding when needed.

Returns & Copies

  • Certified returns of service; duplicate copies available on request.
