The Civil Process Division is dedicated to serving the citizens of Suffolk County by providing trusted, efficient service of legal documents for attorneys, law firms, businesses, and pro se litigants.
What We Do
Serve legal documents at all litigation stages (summons, complaints, subpoenas, writs)
Assist in enforcement actions (property seizure, wage garnishment, sheriff’s sales)
Execute civil arrests when authorized by the court
Collaborate with Probate Courts and Child Support Enforcement Units
